We started our new organic sustainable green journey this year with the promise and commitment to serve our community. We’ve tested our soil, filled it with organic nutrients, love and care for nature. This is our first Thanksgiving and we happily announce that we’re getting ready to serve the community from next spring with our fresh produce, grass-fed pastureland-raised livestocks (chickens and goats) and more than a dozen heritage-breeds’ multi-color eggs of Columbian Wyandotte, Buff Brahma, Rhode Island Red, Black Australorp, Barred Plymouth Rocks, Green Queen, Easter Egger, Silver-Golden Laced Wyandotte, Delaware, Speckled Sussex and Black Jersey Giant.

In Thanksgiving
Countless times,
again and again
I thanked to waitress
for a cup of coffee
I thanked to unknowns
for absolutely free
but I've forgotten to thank sun
for its warm morning
I've forgotten to thank moon
for its pleasant evening
I've really forgotten to thank to roses
for its beauty and hues
to the air
for its tender touches
and to the rain
for its healing showers.
And, yes,
I’ve almost forgotten to thank you
for your unfailing love and caress
Oh, this year, I must not forget to say
Thanksgiving's those due thanks to you all.
