DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE USA Agro Farm LLC is a New Jersey-based sustainable organic farming business in the United States. USA Agro Farm LLC provides users with access to its services, organic produce and livestock including farming related audio/video contents, products, and farm activity blogs. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD & SECURITY You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify USA Agro Farm LLC of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. USA Agro Farm LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section. PAYMENT & FAILURE TO PAY Establishment of the service is dependent upon receipt of payment of stated charges by USA Agro Farm LLC. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date of the month for that month's service or whichever is the selected billing cycle. USA Agro Farm LLC may temporarily deny or terminate service upon the failure of the subscriber to pay the charges when due. Such termination or denial will not relieve the subscriber of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges and any collection fees. ACCOUNT CANCELLATION A subscriber may cancel his/her account at any time by writing to USA Agro Farm LLC. The cancellation will take effect immediately and the subscriber’s account will remain active until the end of the subscription. There will be no refund if the fee has paid by the subscriber. SUBSCRIBER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that the service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of USA Agro Farm LLC or its host company. Therefore, subscriber agrees that USA Agro Farm LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct and exclusive control of USA Agro Farm LLC or its host company. DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT The TOS specifically prohibits the use of our services for illegal activities. Therefore, subscriber agrees that USA Agro Farm LLC may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that requests such information, provided they posses the proper court-approved warrant, without consent or notification to the subscriber. Subscriber must provide USA Agro Farm LLC real and current contact information such as e-mail address, snail mail address, telephone and fax contacts. APPLICABLE LAW This TOS is subject to the governing laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Co-promoters of USA Agro Farm LLC are Pradeep Thapa and Dr. Bishnu Maya Pariyar, Hon.D.Lit. They both come from generations of farmer families in Nepal. They are award-winning personalities in their respective fields of rural entrepreneurship, digital journalism and social advocacy in the United States and Nepal. Mr. Pradeep Thapa is learned farming enthusiast as he comes from generational farming family in Nepal. He is also brand consultant, digital journalist and IT professional. After retiring from Singapore Police Force Gurkha Contingent (SPFGC) in 1959, he had taken agriculture farming training at famed Lumle Agriculture Research Center, Pokhara in 1960 which was funded by Kadoorie Charitable Foundation, Hong Kong. ​ Coincidentally, youngest of Thapa family, Khadga also had taken agriculture training from the same center.
